Jabulani

About This Ball
The Adidas Jabulani is the official match ball for the 2010 FIFA World Cup. The ball, created by sports manufacturer Adidas, was developed at Loughborough University in the UK, and was unveiled in Cape Town, South Africa on December 4, 2009. Jabulani means "rejoice" in Zulu.
The ball was also used as the match ball of 2009 FIFA Club World Cup in the United Arab Emirates, and a special version of the ball, the Jabulani Angola, was the match ball of the 2010 African Cup of Nations. This ball was also used in the 2010 Clausura Tournament of Argentina as well as the 2010 MLS season in the USA and Canada in the league's colors of blue and green.
The ball is constructed using a new design, consisting of eight (down from 14 in the last World Cup) thermally bonded, three-dimensional panels. These are spherically molded from ethylene-vinyl acetate (EVA) and thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU). The surface of the ball is textured with grooves, a technology developed by Adidas called Grip′n′Groove that are intended to improve the ball's aerodynamics. The design has received considerable academic input, being developed in partnership with researchers from Loughborough University, United Kingdom.
Construction & Colouring
The ball has four triangular design elements on a

Manufacturing
The balls are made in China, using natural Kerala latex bladders from India, thermoplastic polyurethane-elastomer from Taiwan, ethylene vinyl acetate, isotropic polyester/cotton fabric, glue, and ink from China. The retail price is ~ U$110

2020 World Cup Final between Australia VS England at Bridgetown, May 15, 2010

HI, every ONE today i am going to tell you a story of 2020 Cricket World Cup Final 2010 which was held in west indies.
When Australia reach in final every One expecting that Australia will win the Title this 3rd 2020 cricket world cup. But England Charge to Twenty20 Glory and win the Title against the most favorite team of Cricket. As you know England never win World cup before today so it is great moment for the people of England and Pakistan too because Australia defeat Pakistan in semi Final so we are happy too :D
now, i am given here last over commentary read and enjoy it
End of over 16 (11 runs) England 134/3 (14 runs required from 24 balls, RR: 8.37, RRR: 3.50)
| |||||||||||||||
16.1 | Watson to Morgan, 2 runs, 132.5 kph, big shot from Morgan! He heaved to leg, but top-edged. The fielder couldn't get around in time though, and despite a diving effort couldn't get close to taking the catch. They run two amidst the drama
16.2 | Watson to Morgan, 1 run, chopped down just fine of the keeper, Colly calls him through for a quick single
16.3 | Watson to Collingwood, SIX, 137.5 kph, six runs! What a shot! Collingwood is confidently into a front-foot pull, sending the ball sailing way over the fielder at square leg. He took him on, and beat him there
16.4 | Watson to Collingwood, no run, 139.4 kph, a bouncer is the reply from a disgruntled Watto, and Collingwood can't get it away
16.5 | Watson to Collingwood, FOUR, 138.8 kph, they're level! Collingwood aims a full-blooded swing to the leg side, somewhat inside-edging it and the ball scoots away to the fine leg boundary
16.6 | Watson to Collingwood, 1 run, 138.1 kph, it's all over! Smashed away past midwicket, and England are the winners of the ICC World Twenty20 2010!! |
So, hugs, handshakes and backslaps all round as England have won their first world title in cricket! They were picked out as the dark horses to win this tournament, and after a stuttering, rain-affected start to the group stages, they hit their stride superbly in the Super Eights, winning all their games in that stage, followed by a thumping win in the semi-finals over Sri Lanka. The England dug-out leapt as one when the winning runs were hit, chasing their victorious captain down and quickly surrounding him in a joyous team huddle. The England celebrations will surely go on long into the night in Bridgetown.
Spare a thought for the Australians. They were the team to beat in this tournament, and England were the only ones to manage that feat! They were utterly dominant in the group stages and Super Eights. Their self belief and a magical innings from Michael Hussey powered them to a stunning win in the semi-final over Pakistan, but they have not been at their best today. England looked and played like the more professional side, and they are deserving champions.
"I dont know about England Government, but I declare National Holiday for Tomorrow!" says Asim in.... the U.S. "Enjoy First ever ICC world cup."
Craig Kieswetter gets the Man of the Match award: "I wouldn't say it was easy, but its nice to get runs in a final. KP took the pressure off, allowed me to play quite freely. A lot of work still needs to be done on my keeping, and I'll be putting in some hard yards in at Taunton."
Kevin Pietersen gets the Player of the Tournament award, with 248 runs in the competition. "A pretty interesting week for me, a little kid on Monday and this trophy today. This is for the whole team. Winning is a habit you create, and this team is hungry for success. What a great, great tournament, good for the boys. It's never easy playing Australia, but our bowlers did a great job this morning and 150 wasn't enough."
Paul Collingwood, victorious captain, on the win: "It's right up there, its got to be, this is the first world cup we've ever won. We've got some good players in the side, and with the work ethic we've had this year I think we're starting to see the results on the pitch. We're getting there, and we have today."
"When you want to be the best you've got to beat the best. When we got them three wickets down early doors, we gave ourselves a great opportunity. We want to kick on from this. This is the first trophy we've ever won, we're going to enjoy it, we'r going to savour it."

The Monkees & Coke Studio Season

I heard a song few minutes ago which is "I'm a Believer" in coke studio season which is re sung by Saba & Selina.
yup :D as usual i made research on this. and their it is
"I'm a Believer" is a song composed by Neil Diamond and recorded by the The Monkees in 1966 with the lead vocals by Micky Dolenz. The single, produced by Jeff Barry, hit the number one spot on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart on December 31, 1966 and remained there for seven weeks,
becoming the biggest-selling record for all of 1967, and one of the biggest of all time. Because of advance orders, over 1,051,280, it went gold within two days of release.
The Monkees were a pop rock quartet assembled by Robert "Bob" Rafelson and Bert Schneider in Los Angeles in 1966 for the American television series The Monkees, which aired from 1966 to 1968. The members were Americans Micky Dolenz, Michael Nesmith, Peter Tork, and Englishman Davy Jones, who were supervised and popularized by Don Kirshner.
At the time of the band's formation, its producers saw The Monkees as a Beatles-like band. At the start, the band members provided vocals, and were given some performing and production opportunities, but they eventually fought for and earned the right to collectively supervise all musical output under the band's name. The group undertook several concert tours, allowing an opportunity to perform as a live band as well as on the TV series. Although the show was canceled in 1968, the band continued releasing records until 1970. The group reached the height of fame from 1966 to 1968, and influenced many future artists. In the 1980s, the television show and music experienced a revival, which led to a series of reunion tours, and new records featuring various incarnations of the band's lineup.
The Monkees had several international hits which are still heard on pop and oldies stations. These include "I'm a Believer", "(I'm Not Your) Steppin' Stone", "Daydream Believer", "Last Train to Clarksville", and "Pleasant Valley Sunday".

Black Hawk

Black Hawk or Black Sparrow Hawk:
(Sauk Makataimeshekiakiak (Mahkate:wi-meši-ke:hke:hkwa), "be a large black hawk") (spring 1767 – October 3, 1838) was a leader and warrior of the Sauk American Indian tribe in what is now the United States. Although he had inherited an important historic medicine bundle, he was not a hereditary civil chief of the Sauk, but was an appointed war chief. He was generally known in English as Black Hawk.
During the War of 1812, Black Hawk fought on the side of the British. Later he led a band of Sauk and Fox warriors against settlers in Illinois and present-day Wisconsin in the 1832 Black Hawk War. After the war he was captured and taken to the eastern U.S. where he and other British Band leaders toured several cities. Black Hawk died in 1838 in what is now southeastern Iowa. He left behind an enduring legacy through many eponyms, and other tributes.
Early life
Black Hawk, or Black Sparrow Hawk (Sauk Makataimeshekiakiak (Mahkate:wi-meši-ke:hke:hkwa), "be a large black hawk") was born in the village of Saukenuk on the Rock River, in present-day Rock Island, Illinois in 1767. The Sauk used the village in the summer for raising corn and as a burial site, while moving across the Mississippi for winter hunts and fur trapping. Black Hawk was born a great-grandson of Thunder, Nanamakee, who was an important principal chief among the Sauk. Although Black Hawk was never a civil chief, he often led war parties and had killed his first man by the time he was 15 years old. Before his 18th birthday he had led war parties to victory.
Legacy
A sculpture by Lorado Taft overlooks the Rock River in Oregon, Illinois, titled The Eternal Indian, this statue is commonly known as the Black Hawk Statue. In modern times Black Hawk has become a tragic hero and a large number of present-day commemorations exist. These are mostly in the form of eponyms; roads, sports teams and schools are commonly named after Black Hawk. Of all the wars fought in United States history, the Black Hawk War is one of few wars named for a person.
The claim that Jim Thorpe is directly related to Black Hawk has been debunked by his daughter, Grace. She said that the family was descended from the "Thunder Clan" (Black Hawk's clan) but there was no direct relation to Black Hawk. However, Black Hawk was one of Thorpe's heroes; his daughter said he stated that being descended from the same clan as Black Hawk made him as proud as his Olympic gold medals. Part of the confusion about the Thorpe–Black Hawk connection probably comes from the fact that his mother, Charlotte, was descended from a Potawatomi chief, Louis Vieux.
The Chicago Blackhawks of the National Hockey League are indirectly named after Chief Black Hawk. The Blackhawks' first owner, Frederic McLaughlin, was a commander with the 333rd Machine Gun Battalion of the 86th Infantry Division during World War I. This Division was nicknamed the "Blackhawk Division" after Chief Black Hawk. McLaughlin named the hockey team in honor of the military unit.
The United States Army named the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter after the famous Sauk Chief. The U.S. Army generally uses Native American names for its aircraft.

Abracadabra

Hi! Hope you are all great ...
The Thing i got today is ONE WORD which is Abracadabra
Now, question is What is Abracadabra?
Answer is: Abracadabra is an incantation used as a magic word in conjuring tricks that historically was believed to have healing powers when inscribed on an amulet.
The first known mention of the word ABRACADABRA was in the 2nd century AD in a poem called De Medicina Praecepta by Serenus Sammonicus, physician to the Roman emperor Caracalla, who prescribed that the sufferer from the disease wear an amulet containing the word written in the form of a triangle.
This, he explained, diminishes the hold over the patient of the spirit of the disease. Other Roman emperors, including Geta and Alexander Severus, were followers of the medical teachings of Serenus Sammonicus and are likely to have used the incantation as well.
According to the 1911 Encyclopedia Britannica it was used as a magical formula by the Gnostics of the sect of Basilides in invoking the aid of beneficent spirits against disease and misfortune. It is found on Abraxas stones which were worn as amulets. Subsequently its use spread beyond the Gnostics, and in modern times it is applied contemptuously (e.g. by the early opponents of the evolution theory) to a conception or hypothesis which purports to be a simple solution of apparently insoluble phenomena.
The word is now commonly used as an incantation by stage magicians and their imitators.
Abracadabra sounds as Abrahadabra, In Aramaic this word roughly translates into "I will create as I speak."
Hahaha! i know you are thinking where i heard this ONE WORD :D
So, their it is
Yes it is Korean Song :D But, I heard this One Song and i totally LOVE it.

Inglourious Basterds
Lt. Aldo Raine: DONNY!
Sgt. Donny Donowitz: [From offscreen] Yeah?
Lt. Aldo Raine: We got a German here who wants to die for his country! Oblige him!
HI every ONE, yup
Inglourious Basterdsthe movie of Brad pitt as (Lt. Aldo Raine). and this is Memorable quotes which is nominated for OSCAR too.
Question is Why do people join the military to serve their country even though they can die?. Answer is simple patriotism and making a contribution to fighting for an ideal for which one feels it is worth dying for.Others though may join because it's a job- a way to earn a living. and because of these other people countries loose the war. That is the summery of this great movie Inglourious Basterds

Always a Count for Variable Change
Answer is simple ONES i hear a quote in a movie "21" that was "Always a Count for Variable Change". I am not too much good in counting but i try to apply this quote in my life and i really got some success by applying this.for example as i said i am in university right now and i don't know whether a class held today or not .but i am in the university WHY?... their is a reason
*there is 50 50 chance that i take a class.mean 50 50 chance i can get some knowledge by taking the class.
*if i gone to home then 100% chance that i can't take a class.
*that means if i reverse this thing like i stay in university then i have 100% chance that i can take class mean i can get some knowledge :D how's that.
yup! class not held and this is now only 5 min left by ending class time . . . But my count is right because i got a Knowledge or you can say information about the great poet and story Writer "Hans Christian Andersen" which has 205Th Birthday to day. Happy Birthday Christian. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hans_Christian_Andersen
